Among the hills of the tundra there is several dens scattered about. The wolves of Silent Winds use these dens all year long - one for the summer months and one for the winter months, as well as one for newborn pups. Each of these dens are roomy and dark, and provide adequate shelter for the pack against the cold wind that bustles across the tundra.
