STAFF MEMBER AUDITIONS

Hey there! If you are looking at this thread, then I bet you're interested in becoming a staff member here on Serenity! Even though there are currently three admins on the site, we are looking for one or two mods to help us out.

Requirements

- Must be friendly and polite.
- Must know how to work proboards.
- Must have experience in moderating a site before.
- Must be willing to help out with anything on the site.
- And most importantly, must be active!

rping experience: Around 7 or 8 now
site experience: I've administrated True Sky, The Fallen, Spiritual Release, Misted Reality, and a few other sites. Along with being a global moderator on various other sites, a bio mod on In Transit, and holding high positions on other sites.
reason: I'd like to be helpful. I love being able to do something on websites, even if that's simply keeping a taken names list updated, accepting bios, or something else that's simple. I'm able to juggle multiple things at a time and I personally find staff positions fun.
why are you suitable for this position?: I'm able to juggle multiple things at a time, and I enjoy staffing. I'm patient and willing to take orders, along with willing to take certain things into my own hands if possible. Personally, I enjoy watching people's word counts (it allows me an excuse to read all of the awesome posts), updating lists (like a taken names list, members list, pack listings, etc.), moving dead threads or posts to an archive, sending messages to members about their characters, plot updates, or simply a thread reminder list (I've had to compile a listing and send one out monthly, complete with who needed to reply to what). I'm good with coding proboards websites, and while I'm an adequate graphic designer, my main comp with all of my programs is currently... fried, DX

age: I'd rather not share my age online
rping experience: 3 or 4 years, I'd say.
site experience: I have never been a mod on a site before, although I am a writing kind of person and I notice mistakes in writing. I am really interested in this site and would love to help get it started. I also RP on Ciroc and, although I only joined a few days ago, I am as active as I can be with school and such. Weekends, I can be on for a few hours at a time, depending on what my family/friends and I have planned.
reason: Like I said above, I am good with writing. I watch for mistakes. Also, I'm very active.
why are you suitable for this position?: Moderator of some sort-- Bio mod would be my pick, although I'll do as you see fit.

site experience: I was a mod on a different site for maybe two months then I was promoted to Admin, I am an Admin on several other proboard sites as well.
reason: I think this site is good so far for only just opening up and I think it would be fun to be a mod. If I was chosen for a Graphic Mod it would be good because I make quite a few banners and signatures, (I made my signature, but its not the best because the picture was blurry.)Anyone who I have made a banner for likes them alot too.
why are you suitable for this position?: Once again I make all sorts of things that people seem to like quite a bit.

reason: I'd like to be staff on this site because I feel that, with careful advertising and graphics, this site can be expanded with new members soon.
why are you suitable for this position?: In my opinion, I'd be suited for this position because I've had a lot of experience in the position. I'm able to make graphics, such as banners, skins, and some simple tables. I'd also love to help with some new threads, such as OTMs, contests, and other fun things for members. I'll throw up a page with my graphics within an hour; let me just set a site up. c:
