The dens of the Thundering Echoes wolves are in the form of caves in the side of the cliffs. One is on the north side of the cliff, which they use during the summer months; it is dark and cool inside, perfect for cooling down the bodies of active subordinates. And one is on the south side of the cliff, which they use during the winter months; it is dry, and packed with dirt in order to retain warmth. Then there is a den half way across the cliffside, which they use to house newborn pups; it is small but comfortable, and allows just enough light in to keep the pups warm.

Just at the base of the cliff where the Thundering Echoes reside is a rather wide, spacious grassland area. However, because of it's location, it is also quite rough and rocky. This is where most of their prey can be found; from sheep, mountain goats (though they are usually found higher up), cottontails, and even pika's.

From the top of the cliff flows a river. As the river comes to the edge of the clifftop, it forms a large waterfall that flows down the side of the cliff, straight through the Thundering Echoes territory. As the waterfall hits each ledge on the way down, it forms a pool before eventually flowing into a small pond down below. This is the pack's main source of water.
